Our Bushland Restoration morning will be held on Sunday 19th of March, 9:30am-12:30pm, in Area 15 – across the creek. We will meet at the depot end, Melway 74 G11.
You are very welcome for all or part of the morning; or if you are unable to participate in the work, do feel free to join us at 11am, when we stop for morning tea and an informative talk.
We'll provide you with tools, hand sanitiser and morning tea. Please bring sturdy shoes, drinking water and gardening gloves. With the ongoing dry weather please watch out for snakes.
Two large stepping stones are now in place making the creek very easy to cross. We'll look for weeds such as verbena, agapanthus, pittosporum, ivy and wandering trad. You don't need experience – we'll show you what are weeds and how to tackle them.
